HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN JOIN A TRAINING SESSION?
Our small group sessions allow for up to 3 people and our larger group sessions allow up to 10 people. If you require training for more than 10 people at a time contact@ludecreative.com
CAN I GET HELP AFTER THE TRAINING SESSION?
We won’t leave you in the dark after our sessions! You will have a month's free access ($50 a month after that) to our private community Discord server, where you can ask questions and receive support from me, member of the team other and community members.
WHAT IF I WANT TO CANCEL AFTER BOOKING?
If you need to cancel a booking, please do so at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time to avoid any charges.If a cancellation is made less than 24 hours prior to the appointment, you will be charged a fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost.No-show appointments will be charged the full price of the scheduled service.
CAN I PAY ANOTHER WAY (OUTSIDE OF STRIPE)
Currently, Stripe is the easiest and quickest payment method to be able to pay for your booking. However, we do have other payment methods available. If you require us to raise an invoice separately for this then please contact contact@ludecreative.com for further details.
